New Reservations
As of Tuesday September 21, 2004 ACS’s official Housing Bureau will no longer accept new reservations or changes for the 90th Annual Clinical Congress. However, following this date, ACS has appointed E-HotelRates.com to provide housing for attendees seeking rooms. These reservation requests will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.

When making hotel reservations via E-HotelRates.com, please note each individual hotel’s deposit, cancellation and refund policies. These policies will be different from the ACS Housing Bureau policies for reservations made prior to Sept., 21st.

Changes/Cancellations to Reservations Made prior to November 6:
If you made a reservation via the ACS Housing Bureau prior to Tuesday September 21 and wish to revise or cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel directly to make the change.
