As of Thursday November 6, 2003 RSNA’s official Housing Bureau will no longer accept new reservations or changes for the 89th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting. However, following this date, RSNA has appointed E-HotelRates.com to provide housing for attendees seeking rooms. These reservation requests will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. When making hotel reservations via E-HotelRates.com, please note each individual hotel’s deposit, cancellation and refund policies. These policies will be different from the RSNA Housing Bureau policies for reservations made prior to Nov 6. Changes/Cancellations to Reservations Made prior to November 6: If you made a reservation via the RSNA Housing Bureau prior to Thursday November 6 and wish to revise or cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel directly to make the change. | |||
